You can write your age and preferences in the message box before confirming your order, so we can try to make your Scoopy Scoop experience even more pleasant. We certainly do care about our customers!
Shipping & Returns
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- Please note: processing time is not the same as shipping/delivery time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic (Slovenia):
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
International (EU):
- Standard shipping: 7-21 busines days (varies by destination)
- Import duties/taxes are the recipient’s responsibility; Scoopy Scoop is not liable for customs delays or fees.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We use reliable courier services (e.g., UPS, DHL, national postal services) depending on your location.
- Tracking will be provided when available.
4. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Orders
- Delivery times are estimates only. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping date, please contact us at info@scoopyscoop.eu.
- We will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
5. Change of Address & Customer Responsibilities
- Please enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you need to update your address after placing the order, contact us ASAP—changes may not always be possible once the order is in transit.
- Scoopy Scoop isn’t responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all EU countries, some regions may have restrictions or longer delivery times due to customs or logistics.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain destinations at our discretion.
7. Special / Seasonal Boxes
- For limited-edition drops or seasonal boxes, shipping times may be longer or aligned with the drop date—details will be clearly noted on the product page.

By purchasing a Scoopy Scoop, you agree to the terms of this
Return & Refund Policy. Our Scoopy Scoop mystery packages are designed to
bring joy through surprise — the contents are revealed only upon opening. Because
of the nature of these products, returns and refunds are not possible, except
in cases where an item arrives damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll make sure to arrange a quick replacement. Please follow these steps:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@scoopyscoop.eu
2.Include your order number and photos of the damaged item (and packaging, if possible).
3. Once confirmed, send the item back to our address.
4. After we receive the damaged item, we’ll send you a new product or an equivalent replacement if the original item is no longer available.
Scoopy Scoop will cover the return shipping costs in this case.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Mystery items that are not damaged.
- Products showing signs of use after opening.
- Damage not caused during transport or
manufacturin.
