Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, if available.
- Please note: processing time is not the same as shipping/delivery time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic and EU:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
International (outside EU):
- Standard shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
- Import duties/taxes are the recipient’s responsibility; Scoopy Scoop is not liable for customs delays or fees.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We use reliable courier services (e.g., UPS, DHL, national postal services) depending on your location.
- Tracking will be provided when available.
4. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Orders
- Delivery times are estimates only. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping date, please contact us at info@scoopyscoop.eu.
- We will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
5. Change of Address & Customer Responsibilities
- Please enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you need to update your address after placing the order, contact us ASAP—changes may not always be possible once the order is in transit.
- Scoopy Scoop isn’t responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all EU countries, some regions may have restrictions or longer delivery times due to customs or logistics.
- We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain destinations at our discretion.
7. Special / Seasonal Boxes
- For limited-edition drops or seasonal boxes, shipping times may be longer or aligned with the drop date—details will be clearly noted on the product page.
