By purchasing a Scoopy Scoop, you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy. Our Scoopy Scoop mystery packages are designed to bring joy through surprise — the contents are revealed only upon opening. Because of the nature of these products, returns and refunds are not possible, except in cases where an item arrives damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll make sure to arrange a quick replacement. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@scoopyscoop.eu
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged item (and packaging, if possible).
- Once confirmed, send the item back to our address.
- After we receive the damaged item, we’ll send you a new product or an equivalent replacement if the original item is no longer available.
Scoopy Scoop will cover the return shipping costs in this case.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Mystery items that are not damaged.
- Products showing signs of use after opening.
- Damage not caused during transport or manufacturin.
